At STX Supply & Services, we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a clear and straightforward return policy.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, please make sure your item meets the following criteria:
- Timeframe: General items: You must initiate the return within 30 days of the delivery date. Electronic products: You must initiate the return within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: General items: The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact. Electronic products: The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all accessories, manuals, cables, and original packaging included. The product must not have been registered or activated.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the order number, invoice, or confirmation email.
Exclusions:
The following items are not eligible for return, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:
- Customized products: Items made to order or personalized to your specifications.
- Clearance items: Products marked as final sale or clearance.
- Perishable items: Food, beverages, and other products with an expiration date.
- Personal hygiene products: Items such as toothbrushes, razors, etc., for hygiene reasons.
- Software and licenses: Once opened or used, software and licenses are not returnable.
Return Process:

- Return Authorization: We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with detailed instructions on how to return the item.
- Packaging and Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with the RMA. Ship the package to the address provided in the RMA.
- Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs:
Manufacturer defects: If the item is defective or damaged due to a manufacturer error, we will cover the return shipping costs. Other reasons: If the return is due to other reasons (change of mind, incorrect order, etc.), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can quickly resolve the issue. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and offer you a replacement or refund.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are not accepted. If you would like to get a different size, color, or model, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds:

Electronic Products:
Please note that electronic products are subject to a thorough inspection to verify their original condition and functionality before a refund can be processed. If the product is determined to have been used, damaged, or is missing components, a restocking fee may apply or the return may be denied.
Return Label:
